 CMC or carboxymethyl cellulose is available in the market with grades E466 or E469. This substance is used in the production of ice creams, all kinds of desserts, gelatin, candies, etc. CMC adhesive or carboxymethyl cellulose is a natural polymer that is derived from cellulose and has unique chemical properties.
